Our Story
Atlantic Labor Solutions Inc. (ALS) brings over 40 years of combined experience in job placement and customer satisfaction across the industrial and marine industries. Connecting skilled craftsmen with the right employers is what we do best, and our long-standing customer relationships speak for themselves.
Founded in Newport News, Virginia, ALS was created to meet the growing demand for reliable, highly skilled contractors in the shipbuilding industry. After establishing a strong foundation, ALS expanded its operations across the United States and Canada, building one of the largest pools of skilled craftsmen in the industry.
As part of our commitment to strengthening the workforce, we partnered with Masters Welding Service in Moss Point, Mississippi to develop our Fast Track Welding Program. This in-house training initiative helps bring more qualified welders into the field and raises the overall standard of craftsmanship.
Looking ahead, our focus remains on supporting American manufacturing by providing well-paying, highly technical, long-term careers for the top tier of skilled workers. Our goal is not just to place talent, but to build lasting careers and long-term workforce stability.
