Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to the Atlantic Labor Solutions (ALS) CRM, including its web application, mobile application, candidate portal, employee portal, and future client portal.
2. Authorized Users
Authorized employees, contractors, candidates, and approved users may access the CRM based on assigned roles. Credentials must not be shared.
3. Acceptable Use
Users will use the CRM only for legitimate ALS business, maintain accurate records, protect confidential information, and comply with company policies and applicable laws.
4. Confidentiality
Candidate, client, employee, pricing, contracts, payroll, operational data, and recruiting records are confidential and may only be accessed for legitimate business purposes.
5. Mobile App Use
The mobile app may request access to the device camera, photo library, notifications, storage, and location (where enabled) solely to support recruiting, employment, project management, and operational functions. Users are responsible for securing devices and reporting loss immediately.
6. Security
Users must maintain strong passwords, enable MFA when required, safeguard devices, avoid unauthorized downloads, and immediately report suspected security incidents.
7. Monitoring
ALS may monitor logins, audit logs, record edits, exports, messaging, document uploads, workflow changes, and user activity for security, compliance, and operational purposes.
8. Data Ownership
All information entered into the CRM is the exclusive property of Atlantic Labor Solutions.
9. Intellectual Property
The CRM, dashboards, workflows, reports, automations, and documentation are proprietary to ALS.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users may not misuse company information, export data without authorization, solicit ALS candidates or clients using CRM information, bypass security controls, or use the CRM for personal business.
11. Account Suspension
ALS may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security risks, or separation from the organization.
12. Relationship to Privacy Policy
Collection and handling of personal information are governed by the ALS CRM Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
ALS may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
14. User Acknowledgment
Users acknowledge these Terms electronically before first access and after material updates.
